Meet the Doctor

Dr. William “Will” Beaber was born in Charlottesville, Virginia in 1966 and spent his formative years in Columbus, Ohio, prior to a family move to Kansas where Will graduated from Topeka West High School and then attended the University of Colorado, Boulder on a Navy ROTC scholarship. Will then graduated in May 1990 with a BS in Chemical Engineering.

With initial goals to be a naval aviator, Dr. Beaber’s plans were re-routed into the field of orthodontics due to a personal dental experience, which changed his life. Dr. Beaber was accepted into the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, a private dental school designed for pre-doctoral and post-doctoral students to prepare them to practice dentistry in the 21st century with knowledge of many different patient populations, dental specialties and varied practice settings.

Tufts Granted Dr. Beaber

A deferment of enrollment for three years, due to his Navy commitment. Subsequently, Dr. Beaber attended Surface Warfare Officer training in San Diego, California and was then stationed on the USS White Plains (AFS-4) in Apra Harbor, Guam before deploying to the Persian Gulf, shortly after the first Gulf War. Dr. Beaber was a highly decorated officer and, upon completion of service, he returned to Boston to pursue his dental degree.

While at Tufts, Dr. Beaber received numerous honors and awards for research and clinical excellence, represented Tufts as a presenter at the International Association of Dental Research and was selected to the Robert Andrews Honor Society. Prior to graduation, Dr. Beaber was offered and accepted a scholarship from the United States Air Force and was stationed at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he served for three years as a general dentist. He was then selected to attend the Air Force orthodontic residency in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated first in his class and was assigned as Chief of Orthodontic Services at Spangdahlem Air Force Base, Germany. In this capacity, Dr. Beaber treated over 15,000 service members and their family’s orthodontics needs. Dr. Beaber began a private practice in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado, before returning to the State of Texas and God's country in Heath Rockwall where he plans to retire.

Away from the office, Dr. Beaber, his wife AJ and their children, Lauren, Lexie and Jonathan, enjoy spending time as a family. Together they enjoy the Texas outdoor life, family karaoke nights, playing family games and traveling.

With over 25 years of dental experience, Dr. Beaber provides unsurpassed orthodontic services, as referenced by hundreds of extremely satisfied patients, and local dentists. As a staff, we look forward to treating your family’s orthodontic needs.
